hempshop is run by a Northern California-based social-benefit corporation dedicated to helping people find legal plant remedies and recreation. Our team has combined decades of experience in the legal cannabis space. Soon after the 2018 Farm Bill made it legal to grow industrial hemp (see US Department of Agriculture hemp guidance for Farmers), we saw an opportunity to bring a broad range of cannabinoids to a nationwide market.

From our headquarters in the San Francisco Bay Area, we work with well-regarded farmers, manufacturers, and brands to bring affordable relief, comfort, and delight to our customers. We stock lab-tested flower including infused prerolls and moonrocks. We stock a range of gummies and edibles. We have vape cartridges and pens. We’ve identified key accessories to help you roll, smoke, dab, puff your purchases. We’ve got books to help you learn more about herb, and seeds to help you grow your own. And we’ve picked some apparel to reflect what we see in the evolving cannabis culture.

We are long time hemp and cannabis users. We are grateful for this chance we have to be more open about what we enjoy, and learn together how to be more healthy with access to this plant together.
