What does hempshop sell?
The current catalog is limited to smoking accessories, collectible seeds and reference books. Retired products are not available for new orders.
How old do I need to be?
You must be at least 21 years old to use the site or place an order. We may request information reasonably needed to verify an order, prevent fraud or meet applicable requirements.
Where do you ship?
We ship to eligible U.S. addresses. Available methods, charges and destination eligibility appear during checkout. Read the current Shipping Policy for processing, tracking and delivery details.
Can I return an item?
Eligible return requests must be made within 14 calendar days after carrier-confirmed delivery. Conditions and exclusions apply. Read the Returns & Refunds Policy and contact us before sending anything back.
Can you tell me what is legal where I live?
No. Laws vary and can change. Site and product information is general information, not legal advice. Confirm the rules that apply at the shipping destination and wherever you plan to possess or use a product.
What if a product is missing from the shop?
If a product is not listed as available in the current shop, it is not available for a new order. Existing accepted orders continue through the usual fulfillment and support process.
How is my information used?
See the Privacy Policy. The sitewide Privacy Choices navigation link opens the current browser-privacy controls. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are available when analytics is allowed. Klaviyo signup, product-view and cart-recovery features are available when email features are allowed. You may choose either category separately. Metorik browser source attribution and cart tracking are enabled by default for store reporting and cart recovery. Selecting Use essential only or using Global Privacy Control turns Metorik browser tracking off.
