Currently we serve the United States of America, excepting these states that have forbidden hemp shipments: Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Maine, Oklahoma, and South Dakota.
We aim for same-day shipping and most orders will have shipped by the next business day, as long as we have the product in stock. Orders are not shipped on weekends, unless otherwise noted. Any shipping or transit time estimates offered here or by our shipping partners are meant to be estimates. We cannot ensure an exact delivery time. If you need something immediately, please order as soon as possible.
If a shipment is lost after we ship it, we will not be held responsible if the order status has been marked as “delivered” by the parcel handler. Otherwise, if the package goes awry, we will happily send it along once we receive the original package back. Please be sure the address you provide is correct and to avoid delays and lost packages.
Defective & Damaged Products
Once the package is delivered, we allow three days for you to notify us if the product or shipment packaging was damaged before you received it. After three days pass, we presume that the goods were received in good condition.
